People working in the charity sector and in caring professions give their all to support their service users. Often the only people they don’t care for is themselves! Mindfulness can provide tools for staff to manage their own emotions and avoid burnout. This can help staff to be more effective, reduce absence from work, and most importantly create a happier working environment!
Mindful therapies can provide a range of staff wellbeing programmes, including courses, workshops (half day or full day) and one to one support. We can even take your staff away on a weekend retreat to really help them to recharge their batteries.

Mindful Therapies offers training for staff wishing to use mindfulness with clients. Workshops are interactive and fun, enabling participants to benefit from mindfulness for themselves as well as gaining the confidence to work in a more mindful way with service users. CPD certificates are provided for all participants.
We can offer half day, full day and 2-day training workshops and can create a bespoke training experience. Prices depend on the length of training required and the number of participants in attendance.
