Welcome to Mindful Therapies  dedicated community and charity pages.

Mindful Therapies was founded in 2013. In our first two years we taught mindfulness to around 500 people in various contexts. Much of this has been delivered in partnership with other charitable organisations.

Our aim is to make mindfulness accessible to as many as possible, regardless of income. When an organisation commission’s work from us, any profit goes directly back to the community, supporting our donation based classes and our low cost counselling service. However, we also realise that times are difficult for charities too. If you would like to work with us but feel that cost might be a barrier, please don’t be put off!

Get in touch and we will see what we can do!

What We Offer

Staff Wellbeing

People working in the charity sector and in caring professions give their all to support their service users. Often the only people they don’t care for is themselves! Mindfulness can provide tools for staff to manage their own emotions and avoid burnout. This can help staff to be more effective, reduce absence from work, and most importantly create a happier working environment!

Mindful therapies can provide a range of staff wellbeing programmes, including courses, workshops (half day or full day) and one to one support. We can even take your staff away on a weekend retreat to really help them to recharge their batteries.

Please get in touch for a quote.

Staff Training

Mindful Therapies offers training for staff wishing to use mindfulness with clients. Workshops are interactive and fun, enabling participants to benefit from mindfulness for themselves as well as gaining the confidence to work in a more mindful way with service users. CPD certificates are provided for all participants.

We can offer half day, full day and 2-day training workshops and can create a bespoke training experience. Prices depend on the length of training required and the number of participants in attendance.

In-House Mindfulness Provision

Mindful Therapies is happy to come into your organisation to deliver mindfulness courses for your service users. This can be our own 8-week mindfulness and positive psychology course or we can work together with your organisation to create bespoke courses for your service users.
